Our Mission
Our mission at Felons Unchained Inc. is rooted in the belief that individuals with a criminal history deserve a genuine second chance. We are dedicated to integrating those with past convictions into our program, providing them with the necessary education and training to reshape their mindset. Our goal is to create a supportive environment, offering a blueprint for personal development and skill enhancement.
Through the convergence of financial investment and individuals facing barriers to gainful employment or denied financial support for their business or home ventures, Felons Unchained Inc. seeks to empower and uplift. We extend the opportunity for ownership of businesses and the realization of homeownership to those who have encountered challenges due to their criminal backgrounds.
By investing in Felons Unchained Inc., contributors play a pivotal role in an organization that enables individuals to access the essential tools needed to progress in their lives. We strive to break the cycle of hindrance caused by a criminal history, providing a golden opportunity for personal and financial growth.

Anthony Soto
Founder
Anthony was incarcerated in two different state Penitentiary, New York State & Pennsylvania State. His experience with the justice system prompted Anthony to rethink the entire prison facility. Anthony decided that he needed to act and on August 31, 2014 Felons Unchained Inc. was founded. The organization was incorporated on September 26, 2016, the Non-profit 501 (c) 3 was approved by the IRS on March 8, 2017. Making his dream a full-edged Non-Profit organization. Ever since the organization has been growing with the help of volunteers and the passion of its founder.
Ivy Soto
CEO
Ivy is Anthony’s youngest sister. She is a mom and a wife that has a full-time job, juggling her super busy life with the Organization demanding projects. Not only she supports her brother’s effort to help those that are re-building their lives after incarceration but also, she fully embraces the potential of Felons Unchained as a sponsor for other alike organizations, join forces with local Police Precinct and organize events that bring the community together. She has been an important part of the Organization since the beginning and recently been promoted from Director of Administration to CEO.
Margarita Soto
Outreach Coordinator
Margarita is Anthony’s sister and maintains all community outreach activities, she represents the organization and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase the Non-profit visibility within the surrounding community. She maintains a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities. As an important member of our team Margarita assists in the organization of special events, including donor/volunteer appreciation events and other fundraising initiatives.
Meet Our Volunteers
Volunteers play a crucial role in numerous nonprofit entities, contributing a significant portion of the labor due to their dedication to charity and public service. The invaluable efforts of volunteers are integral to the success of nonprofit initiatives. Despite having paying jobs that may sometimes take precedence, along with familial and social responsibilities, these individuals form an exceptional group that aligns with our values and vision, for which we are deeply appreciative.
